What's Included

  • Four weeks of engaging, easy-to-follow LIVE lessons with an experienced mindfulness instructor.

  • Guided mindfulness meditations and self-awareness exercises.

  • Downloadable meditation resources and workbook.

  • Personal support from your teacher.

  • A compassionate online community of like-minded individuals that gather in peace, meditation and growth.

Details

  • Online course delivered via Zoom.

  • Engaging lessons of 1.5 hours at 7pm (Qld time) on Mondays.

  • You will be invited to dedicate about 20-30min per day for practices.

  • No previous experience is necessary. Yet those with previous meditation experience can also join and benefit from the course.

The Instructor

The course is delivered by Jawai Shamayim an experienced mindfulness teacher with:
  • 23 years meditation practice​
  • 12 years teaching mindfulness 
  • Experience teaching mindfulness in schools, community, retreats and businesses.
  • 12 years of teaching the renown Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program.
  • Worked with over 4,000 people sharing the practice and benefits of mindfulness. 
  • 3 psychology degrees, yoga and mindfulness instructor training and a wealth of professional development courses on mental health and human thriving. 
  • 12 years of psychotherapy practice.
  • is deeply passionate about life, nature and seeing people at their best.
